Treasury SaaS Business Development Representative
Kolter Solutions is looking for SaaS sales position for Jacksonville, FL. This position is for a high growth banking solutions client.
- This is first and foremost a hunter role. Conduct high volume prospecting to generate qualified leads (between 50 & 70 calls per day)
- Execute detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to C-level Executives, Directors, and Sales Managers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and teammates.
- Energetically follow up on highly qualified inbound leads
- Demonstrated expertise in initiating and managing successful business-to-business sales
- Document and track all potential and existing client interactions using Salesforce.Com
- Work alongside company leadership to execute targeted outbound campaigns.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with strategic selling of SaaS solutions to clients
- Exceeded 1 million in sales
- Exceptional prospecting skills using a combination of phone, email, chat, & social
- Strong motivation to follow-up on opportunities
- Excellent ability to close the sale
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to details.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences with our prospective and active clients

- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Bachelor Degree (MBA is a plus)
