SaaS Sales Development Rep – Unlimited Earning Potential – 100% Commission!

Kolter Solutions is looking for SaaS sales position for Jacksonville, FL. This position is for a high growth banking solutions client.
Responsibilities
  • This is first and foremost a hunter role. Conduct high volume prospecting to generate qualified leads (between 50 & 70 calls per day)
  • Execute detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to C-level Executives, Directors, and Sales Managers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and teammates.
  • Energetically follow up on highly qualified inbound leads
  • Demonstrated expertise in initiating and managing successful business-to-business sales
  • Document and track all potential and existing client interactions using Salesforce.Com
  • Work alongside company leadership to execute targeted outbound campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with strategic selling of SaaS solutions to clients
  • Exceeded 1 million in sales
  • Exceptional prospecting skills using a combination of phone, email, chat, & social
  • Strong motivation to follow-up on opportunities
  • Excellent ability to close the sale
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences with our prospective and active clients
  • A sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly and monthly activities will help you achieve them
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Bachelor Degree (MBA is a plus)
